Group classes have a maximum of 8 students per session, ‘cause that’s how I roll. Please contact me before joining a session to be sure there space available. All sessions are suitable for beginners and up. Information about private sessions can be found here.

-Monday 7:00-8:00 pm: "Yoga for a Happy Body". Make your body happy as you explore the therapeutic aspects of yoga to release stress and build strength. In May and June, the focus will be on gently strengthening and stabilizing your low back.

-Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm: "Breathing Space". Give yourself some room to breathe. In this class you will learn to relax using gentle breath and movement. You will also explore various breath techniques to help you stay calm and centered.

-Friday 9:30-10:30 am: "Foundations for Fabulousness". Build and expand on basic yoga principles that will help you create a strong foundation. This foundation will build strength and stability in your body and mind so you can happily greet life's challenges.

-4th Friday of every month: "Good Vibrations". Explore sound as therapy. It's a great way to press the reset button and start your weekend out on the right foot! Mark your calendar! The next Good Vibrations class will be held August 27 from 4:30 -5:15. (by donation) (This class is on break for July.)
