Get started~ when you are ready to get started with yoga, give me a call to make sure there is space available in your desired session. Did I mention that class size is limited to 6?

What to bring~ If you have a yoga mat, bring it with you to your session. If you do not have a mat of your own, there are a limited number of mats you can borrow. Mats are also available for purchase on site.

What to wear~ You should wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle stretching. The studio space has a rather unpredictable temperature (usually cool) so I suggest you wear layers that can be easily removed (because sometimes it's warm).

When to arrive~ For your first session you should plan on arriving about 15 minutes early in order to get signed in. Otherwise do your very best to be on time, or a tad early. If you should arrive later than expected please enter the room and set up as quietly as possible.
