Why Personalized Private Sessions?
Think about it, in ancient times, there were no yoga classes. Yoga was taught through one to one sessions, and practices were custom designed to meet the needs of the student.

Providing personalized private sessions is my specialty. These sessions allow me to focus on you and what will be the most helpful for your situation. So if you have back pain, anxiety, or both, I can tailor the practice in a way that will give you the best results for your specific needs. It becomes a yoga designed for you, your body, your mood, and your condition. No one else will have exactly the same practice because you are unique!

Developing a Personal Practice?
A personal practice brings yoga home and provides a personalized tool to help you manage your day-to-day life and work towards your goals. Practices are developed with you in mind, and may include a number of yoga tools to help release tension, build strength and stability, and balance your mood.

For me, a personal practice is about taking care of myself. I can practice whenever I want and wherever I want. I don’t need to go to the gym or the yoga studio; I just roll out my mat and do my thing. It’s about learning to understand what I need to be my best today, and then taking some time to get myself there.

For you, it may be about something else. It may be that you want less stiffness or to get in better shape. It may be that you want to learn to stand on your head, or do a wacky back bend. It may be that you just want to find some space to relax and quiet your mind on a day when you think you might go completely insane!

We all have our reasons for doing yoga. My reason isn’t necessarily your reason, so it just makes sense to look at yoga from a personal perspective.
