Relaxed Ramblings - Comments from class!

“The breathing makes all the difference in the world in being able to do the movements and poses.”


“I’m trying to take better care of myself, and it seems to be having some results, because I rarely see my chiropractor anymore. When I do, she always comments on how much easier I am to adjust.”


“Aahhhhh…”


“I was in the shower when all of the sudden here was this huge black dog in here with me, and it’s really hard to say ‘get out of here’ when you’re laughing your head off.”


“Everything feels so much better than it did before class.”


“It’s like you’re teaching me yoga from my own perspective.”


“Okay, so... what am I doing again?”


“Can I do both of those poses if I want to?” (of course you can ;)


“So, what time is class tomorrow?”


“zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz….”


“I’ve missed being here, I just feel so much better when I’m doing yoga.”


“You want me to do what?” (laughs like I’m a crazy woman)


“I haven’t felt this relaxed in I don’t know how long.”


“Am I supposed to inhaling, or exhaling?”


“You said I could move when I was ready, and I’m not ready. In fact, I might not be ready for the rest of class. I like just laying here.”
